At the Whole Life Health Center our goal is to recommend the best care plans to meet the individual health and wellness needs for you and your family. We understand that financial considerations are always a part of making a decision to get care and that everyone’s financial situation is different. For that reason we have several payment options and will work with you to pick the best option for your budget so you can get the care you need.
Insurance
We are in-network with most insurance plans, including Medicare. While most plans cover Chiropractic care, benefits vary from company to company and from plan to plan.
To best understand your individual coverage, we offer complimentary insurance verification so you know the chiropractic coverage you have.

Limited Insurance, No Insurance, or when Insurance Benefits are exhausted
If you have no insurance, no chiropractic coverage under your insurance plan or when your insurance benefits have been exhausted we have several options so you can get and/or continue the care you need.
- Become a member of ChiroHealthUSA (CHUSA). — Under insurance laws we are not able to offer cash discounts but as a member of the ChiroHealthUSA network plan we are able to provide service discounts. In some instances these discounted prices are actually less than what your insurance discounts provide. There is a minimal annual fee which covers all members of your direct family and there is no limit to the number of direct family members or visits covered.
- Flexible monthly payment plans – We will work with you to create a monthly auto-debit payment plan which will fit your budget.
- Join CareCredit – This is a healthcare credit plan which will provide interest free credit for up to 12 months depending in the amount of credit needed.
Payment Methods Accepted
- Credit Card -We accept all major credit cards except Diners Club.
- Cash or check
- HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Savings Account) cards
- CareCredit credit card
- We are able to use HRA accounts if your company provides them.
Accidents
We accept auto accident cases that result in back pain, neck pain, headaches or other symptoms which can be addressed with chiropractic care. We will gladly accept MedPay if you have that as part of your auto insurance and will work with your attorney if you have one or refer you to one of the attorneys we regularly work with. In the case of MedPay or if you are working with an attorney, there is typically no out of pocket expense.
Important Note: Most regular health insurance does NOT cover treatment for auto accident injuries.
NAET
NAET is considered an alternative treatment and as such is not covered by insurance. As a cash based service we are able to offer pre-payment discounts. We can also offer auto-debit payment plans, and accept CareCredit and major credit cards as payment. (NOTE: Some FSA and HSA accounts will cover NAET treatments.)
