Dr. Raymond T. Alexander

Dr. Alexander became interested in a healthcare career at 26 when he realized he needed to make some lifestyle changes so he could be healthy for his whole life.  At that time he worked in the transportation field in New York but felt he had a greater calling and his sincere desire to improve the health of others led him to Chiropractic.

Dr. Alexander graduated from Life University as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 1988 and has continued to advance his knowledge of the human body through ongoing education. Based on his years of experience he is able to quickly, gently, and successfully treat patients for pain, injury, and structural problems.

As a gifted NAET Practitioner, a natural, non-invasive method for identifying and treating allergies and other health issues, he has helped countless patients enjoy life without suffering the effects of allergies.

Dr. Alexander has a deep belief in the value of nutrition to overall health and has a Clinical Nutrition Certificate of Completion for over 150 hours of clinical nutrition. With his extensive knowledge he is able to provide nutritional supplement recommendations customized for his patients based on their individual needs.

He has done extensive studies in Applied Kinesiology (AK).  He utilizes the principles of AK to balance the nervous, muscle, and organ systems for optimal functioning and to help identify areas of weakness in those systems.

Dr. Alexander enjoys spending time with his wife, Paula, his two sons, Jake and Sam and his two Wheaten Terriers, Tucker and Abby. They all like to spend time at a family lake house in Lake Lure, NC and take an annual trip to the family property along the White River in Mountain Home, Ark. He is a sometimes golf enthusiast and likes hiking and spending time outdoors
